Woman remanded in prison for allegedly stealing a Bajaj motorcycle

KAGADI

The Kagadi Grade one Magistrate Court has   sent on remand a 25 year old woman over the charges of stealing a Bajaj Motorcycle.

Judith Tumuhebwe, a shop attendant was last evening   arraigned before grade one magistrate presided over by his worship Bendict Lwanga Nsibambi over charges of theft.

Court heard that on 23rd day of March 2021 at Kiheereza village in Muhooro town council in Kagadi district, Judith Tumuhebwe a resident of Kakabara trading center Kakabara town council in Kyegegwa District stole A Bajaji Motorcycle red in colour Registration No. UEV 015E from Silver Nyamahuki valued at 4.5 million.

While in the dock, Judith denied the charges against her.

The Magistrate sent her on remand to Mityana government prison until 1st of June 2021 for further hearing.
