Slick Stuart and DJ Roja Announce Their Mixtape Party Dates

Uganda’s number one deejaying duo Slick Stuart and Roja have now officially announced does for their annual Mixtape party. This has been happening every year except the two years when concerts were suspended due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. The Slick Stuart and Roja mixtape will be happening for the 8th season.

And guess what, the duo has decided its time to disc-check their uptown fans as the concert will happen at Kampala Serena Hotel’s Victoria Hall. The date is 3rd November 2022. Tickets have even already gone on sale digitally. The duo’s diehard fans will access the tickets at Shs 50,000, early birds will get the tickets at Shs 70,000, entrance at the venue will cost Shs 100,000 while a table of 8 will cost Shs 2.5m.

“Thursday 3rd November is the date … Serena Kampala Hotel Victoria Hall Ya all invited #Mixtapepartysn8 See u there,” DJ Roja tweeted. This concert is set to be sponsored by Eventix Marketing, Muchachos, Malembe, NBS TV and NXT Radio. With almost a month and half to the D-day, revelers can mark the date and get ready to be entertained as the duo shut down Serena Hotel.

The duo who all now work with NBS TV have seen their brand evolve over time. They started together in the early 2010’s with little resources but they are now one of the most sought-after entertainers. Mixtape party aside, Slick Stuart and Roja no longer only do deejaying but they are also into production, modelling, media among other activities.

They are also into doing mainstream music and have over the years featured a number of artists in some of the biggest bangers in the country. The likes of Toniks (Sunday), Bebe Cool (Tiktok), Dr Jose Chameleone (Kigwa Leero), Rema (More of this) among others have all worked with the duo.
