Shs2.586 Billion PDM Funds to be disbursed in Kyegegwa

The Kyegegwa district local government is set to disburse 2.586 billion PDM Funds towards the end of this month of May.
The development was unveiled on Monday by the Kyegegwa district commercial officer Robert Mugisa during a sensitization meeting with the intended beneficiaries from the two lower local government units of Mpara town council and Mpara Sub County held at Mpara Town Council Headquarters in Kyegegwa District.
Robert said as a district, they received sh2.586Bn under PDM program and is to be disbursed between 24th -30th of this month to 81 Sacco’s with 2019 enterprise groups targeting over 5475 individual households.
Robert also used the same opportunity to appeal to the intended beneficiaries to invest the funds into the intended enterprises so as to realize impact.
