
As the Omukama Ruhanga Owobusobozi Bisaka, the leader of the Faith of Unity prepares to make his maiden visit to the followers in Sironko district, government and security has cleared his right of way and his convoy via Uganda’s capital Kampala.
According to a letter witnessed by this website, Wilson Omoding Otuna on behalf of the Inspector General of Police in response to the request made the Buyaga East Legislator Eric Musana, asked the commander Integrated Highway Police command in charge Nateete Police Station to liaise with the legislator and security on how the diplomat will traverse the city without being affected by traffic.
The letter also indicates that the commander Integrated Highway Police command is to coordinate all assets along the high ways for security coverage enroute.
The letter also asks security to ensure that all the standard operating procedures regarding prevention of Ebola and COVID 19 are followed during the activities.

This comes after the matter was raised on the floor of Parliament by the Buyaga East Legislator Eric Musana saying that Bisaka will be passing through Kampala from the 3rd of December to the 7th of December heading to Sironko where he will perform several functions.
Musana informed parliament that Owobusobozi Bisaka will among others be meeting and communicating with the different leaders in the region in recognition and contribution of the NRM government on social economic transformation, mobilizing his followers to participate in and follow government programs, poverty alleviation through PDM and others.
Owobusobozi Bisaka will on 3rd December start a journey to Sironko district from Kagadi district through Hoima-Kampala then to Sironko.
