KAGADI

The outgoing vicar Kagadi St. Luke’s COU parish Rev. Capt. Patrick Musinguzi has on Sunday bid farewell to Christians of Nyamigisa COU Mambugu as he prepares for his transfer to Kakindo North COU Parish, Bulindi archdeaconry.

Musinguzi joined St. Luke’s COU parish in 2019 replacing Ven. Rev. Capt. Wilson Atuhiire who was then transferred to Parajwoki COU Parish Hoima before he was promoted and posted to Katikengeye as the archdeacon.

In his homily to Christians, Rev, Musinguzi said he has accomplished his duties at St. Luke’s Kagadi parish the reason as to why God is taking him to another pastoral area.

He has asked people in service to always honor transfers in good faith whenever they are moved to the new work stations.

Rev. Capt. Musinguzi added that transfer of labor from one area to another improves service delivery and benefits the served communities.

He further urged Christians to have trust in God if they are to get blessings of prosperity and success in their lifetime.

Rev. Albert Mugisa of Kikangahara COU Parish is expected to replace Rev. Patrick Musinguzi as the vicar of St. Luke’s COU parish.
