It was pomp and glamour as Bunyoro residents witnessed a record breaking wedding ceremony of Mr. Paul Mulindwa and Mrs. Priscar Mulindwa that took place in Kagadi Town Council Kagadi district.

The wedding mass presided over by the Rt. Rev. Vincent Kirabo Amooti saw the two lover birds make vows as in …..I do….. while the congregations kept smiling seeing love flow between the two.

The event also broadcasted live on Hoima Diocese YouTube page, led by the St. Mary’s Vicariate Devine Choir, St. Aloysius Brass band among others seemed to break the records that were once recorded in the greater Kibaale district.

Before they made vows, Mr. Paul who arrived first kept peeping in the church’s main entrance as he waited to see the beautiful queen Priscar make her way to Church to solemnize her wedding with her love.

Priscar makes triumphant entry into church.

The church broke into joy, musical instruments praised the Lord, and the voices sung hymns of praise as the Bishop waited to unite the two into a couple.

Now St. Priscar and St. Paul were also waiting to see the duo make it to the Holy Communion.

Before making vows, Rt. Rev. Vincent Kirabo congratulated the couple upon reaching a decision to formalize their marriage and asked them to keep and maintain each other throughout their life long.

After the sermon, Paul and Priscar were invited to the front to make their vows in front of the church and God.

Of course it was Paul first and later Priscar.

They all said ……Yes I do……and then Golden rings were put on each other’s left hand and blessed.

What followed was a procession in and around the streets of Kagadi Town which was also followed by photo shooting activity.

The Reception:

All roads leading to St. Ambrose Institute of Health Sciences playground in Nakulabye cell Kagadi Town council.

Remember food was served on the entrance while drinks kept circulating on tables fixed in the mega multi-million tent from Cine Events Management Limited Kampala.

The wait wasn’t so long as the couple made the maiden entrance to the reception to serve and receive their guests.

The couple arrived in a Mercedes Convertible- Only Self Drive Wedding vehicle this time it was again Paul driving Priscar.

Mr. Mulindwa, ordinarily celebrated to be humble, was not the one. He was a different one. His dancing strokes and moves moved everyone in the tent and sounds of joy were on top of the mega Jornard Sounds.
