The committee of Kagadi Joint Mock Examination consults (KAJEC) on Sunday released 2022 mock results for Secondary Schools that participated in mock examinations, but with a call to other schools that did not participate to involve next time.
The Mock results were released on Sunday by the committee chairperson Kagadi Joint Mock Examination consult Peter Alinda, during the function that was held at Kagadi SS in Kagadi Town Council Kagadi District.
Peter said that, this has been the first time Secondary Schools in Kagadi District doing its District mock ever since Kagadi became an independent District from Kibaale asserting that, for several years, most of the Secondary Schools have been doing mocks from different setting examination center both with in Bunyoro and from Kampala.
He added that for the first time 20 Secondary Schools participated from Kagadi District, adding that amongst 1,520 candidates that sat exams, 3.6% passed in division one, 16.4% passed in division two, 39.7% division three, 33.8% division four, 2.1% division seven and 6.4% division nine.
According to average ranking of performance amongst Schools that participated, Peter said, St Francis Xavier Modern Kinyarugonjo performed well, followed by St. Michael SS Nyankoma, Mother Mary High school, Paacwa Modern SS among others.
Peter however, said the main objective of Kagadi Joint Mock Examination consult (KAJEC) is to improve on academic’s standards in Kagadi district ahead of UCE Finals in November.
He rallied other Secondary Schools both government and private schools to participate in District mock, committing himself that, every year will be doing Kagadi Joint Mock Examination consult (KAJEC) without fail.
