The Pan African Parliament legislator has asked parents to teach their children good morals and household chores values to nurture them into responsible citizens in future.

Buyaga East Member of Parliament Eric Musana Acaali who also doubles as Uganda’s representative in the Pan African Parliament has disowned blame over the delays in procuring the Kagadi Hospital Generator.
Acaali, during the fundraising drive at Kagadi Town Mosque said their role as Members of Parliament is to make sure districts have enough funding and that they do not go on to force procurement processes.
Musana however said they had delivered the funds for buying the generator but what remains are procurement procedures.
He said they have done their part and that they are not to blame.
“I have my friend Benda and his group; they have been discussing the Kagadi Hospital Generator issues. But let me tell you we as MPs our role is to make sure that we have lobbied funds for institutions at the district level. We have done this and we are not to blame,” Musana said
Musana was responding to the sour two weeks ultimatum issued by the World Voices Uganda Country Director Gard Benda during a press briefing on Thursday.
Gard in his remarks said he would mobilize locals and hospital beneficiaries to carry coffins with dead bodies to homes of leaders including Members of Parliament.
Benda’s concern was on the increasing numbers of neonatal mortality and mothers dying giving life because of lack of standby power supply to back up Hydroelectricity.
Other sources also indicate that following the ultimatum, the processes for having the hospital generator have started and that the hospital will be having a generator in a fortnight.
