MP Musana donate over 150 mama kits to expectant mothers as he launched the women’s football tournament

The Buyaga East Member of Parliament who also doubles as the Uganda’s representative to the Pan African Parliament Musana Eric Acaali has donated an assortment of mama kits to over 150 hopeful mothers from several sub-counties of the constituency.
The beneficiaries were from the sub-counties of Kiryanga, Kicucura, Kabamba, Paacwa town council, Paacwa sub-county and others areas of Buyaga East at a function held at Kicucura P/S playground on Thursday.
Handing over the mama kits to the expectant mothers, the legislator said he extended the donation to the mothers in recognition of their great roles towards the development of the country and the world at large.
Meanwhile, the expectant mothers that received mama kits from MP Musana have all expressed their excitement commending him for contributing towards saving lives.
They have all promised him support come 2026 general elections.

At the same function, MP Musana also launched the Buyaga East women’s foot ball tournament that intends to discover and promote women’s talents as well as uplifting their income statuses.
Musana said all the 84 women’s teams that will participate in the tournament will be given 500,000shs each amidst other prizes in cash worth millions of Uganda shillings, plastic chairs, tents among other gifts to the best teams.
In Kicucura sub-county all the nine teams that participated in the tournament on Thursday received sh500,000 from the area Member of Parliament Musana Eric Acaali.
This becomes the first tournament of the kind in the history of Kagadi.
