A Kenyan lawyer identified as Dola Indisdis has dragged Israel and Italy to court for the second time over the killing of biblical Jesus.
According to Africa Facts Zone reports, Dola Indisdis has filled another lawsuit against Israel and Italy at the International Court of Justice, ICJ, after his first lawsuit in 2013 was dismissed.
Dola Indisdis who planned to use the Bible as evidence this time around had claimed that the trial and crucifixion of Jesus was unlawful and that the state of Israel among others should be held responsible.
“I filled the case because it’s my duty to uphold the dignity of Jesus and I have gone to the ICJ for the man from Nazareth” he said.
Dola Indisdis concluded that the prosecution of Jesus violated his human rights which are the basis of his lawsuit against Israel and Italy.
