Hundreds Join the Faith of Unity in Bushenyi, Bisaka asks them to spread the word of God

BUSHENYI

The founder and the leader of Faith of Unity Omukama Ruhanga Owobusobozi Bisaka has received a warm welcome to Bushenyi district an Ankole region district and tasked all the believers to start participating in the government programs to ensure sustainable income generation.

Omukama Ruhanga Owobusobozi Bisaka made the remarks while visiting Ankole sub-region in Kizinda Town Council Bushenyi District.

In his massage to believers, Owobusobozi encouraged them to comply with government programs such as Parish development model (PDM), Emyooga, and Youth Livelihood Programme (YLP) among others to increase on their income and eradicate poverty.

He said despite of the good roads and peace in the country provided by President Museveni and his government, many people are still handcuffed by Colonial Mentality rather than generating income.

Owobusobozi used the faith’s calendar to demonstrate how the faith is complying with government programs for their development and hard work.

“Our Faith has brought this Calendar that is replacing the other European calendars to give space to our people to work and only rest for 3 days in a month. The other calendars give 16 resting days in one month and this has created poverty in the Christian managed communities. But what surprises me is that those who brought such calendars to Africa do not rest,” Owobusobozi Bisaka said.

Owobusobozi also held processions in Rubirizi district, Kizinda Town Council and Ishaka Municipality where hundreds of thousands followed him.

He also welcomed 19 new converts in Kasese where he made a stopover for a short period of time.

Mr. Robert Atuhairwe, the Resident District Commissioner Bushenyi commended the faith for promoting unity, peace and obeying government programs for their development.

Atuhairwe said previously Bushenyi district was comprised of wrangles and domestic violence but reported a great improvement after the introduction of the faith in the district.

On the same function, Owobusobozi confirmed 61 believers and asked them to act as witnesses of God by teaching people unity, oneness and peace.

Many people confessed to have healed their diseases and demon possessions while others gained much from his visit hence applauding his work in the world.

The visit that took two days at Kizinda playgrounds attracted thousands of people and Over 400 new people converted into the faith including two Born Again pastors who also handed over their preaching materials including certificates to the Omukama Ruhanga Owobusobozi Bisaka.

The pastors claimed to have worked and served Jesus for a longtime but he was not heeding to their prayers and thus opting to forsake him.

Believers welcomed them and also contributed to their welfare with sh670,000, t-shirts among others
