Hoima Bishop Counsels Boda-Boda Cyclists in Kibaale, Asks Them to Guard against their Lives

KIBAALE
The Bishop of Hoima Catholic Diocese Rt. Rev. Vincent Kirabo has asked locals in Kibaale district especially Boda boda riders to guard against their lives.
Bishop Kirabo sounded the advice last evening while speaking to thousands of Christians during a confirmation ceremony of over 877 at St. Thereza Bujuni Catholic Parish in Kibaale town council Kibaale district.

Bishop Kirabo’s advice follows his observation last evening during his evening walk along Kibaale-Karuguuza tarmac road.
Bishop Kirabo says he noted that Boda boda riders are over loading and carrying young children on motorcycle tanks which he says has increased road accidents and at times loss of lives.
He also calls for Boda boda riders to adhere to traffic rules and regulations by putting on helmets and reflector jackets.
