Boda-boda Cyclist Killed in cold blood, his Motorcycle had been burnt few days before he met his death

Residents of Kyabalitwa Cell in Kisiita T/council Kakumiro District have been engulfed with shock and Grief after unknown slayers murdered a 23 year old man.
The deceased has been identified as Justus Ssempewo 23, a resident of Kyabalitwa cell, Kisiita town council in Kakumiro district.
Ssempewo was a renowned boda boda operator in Kisiita town council before his motorcycle was burnt on 8th of last month.
It’s alleged that he was butchered in the night of Monday while at Kisiita Pentecostal Church alias the Church of Ntungura where he is said to have spent a night worshiping.
John Baptist Biryomumisho, the LCI chairperson told our reporter that he was alerted by other residents at around 7:30 am and on reaching there he found Ssempewo had been killed in cold blood.
He however called upon the residents to always help whenever they hear any alarm calling for help.
Wilson Ssebaduka, a father to the deceased told our reporter that he was a well behaved boy at home and in the community but he was battling with the cases of his motorcycle that was burnt and was supposed to go to court the next day.
ASP Peter Kayemba, the OC station for Kisiita police station has condemned the evil act asserting the police has kicked off the investigations to bring the culprits to book.
He also said the family of the deceased will receive justice.
He however called upon the residents to help the police in investigations in case one has the information.
By press time, the Kakumiro police reached the scene with a sniffer dog, took the body to Albertine hospital for postmortem and later was taken by relatives for burial
