Another BodaBoda Cyclist Murdered In Cold Blood

Police in Bushenyi are investigating the circumstances under which a boda boda motorist was brutally murdered and his body dumped in a forest.

Baryomunsi Tumwebaze, 40, a resident of Kashenshero town council Mitooma district was on Tuesday morning found dumped in eucalyptus forest at Katungu cell Nyakabarizi division near Bushenyi town by a group of casual workers who had gone to cut trees.

The body of the deceased who was operating his boda boda business at Mogas stage in Bushenyi Town was found strangled to death with his motorcycle reg. number UEV 325G taken.

The chairperson of Mogas Stage boda boda association Innocent Tumwebaze said that the deceased was on Monday evening seen at around 7pm at the stage but were surprised to hear that he was found killed and dumped in the forest.

The OC CID Bushenyi Benon Kivengere appealed to the boda boda cyclists to obey the curfew guidelines as all the three recent boda boda murder incidents that has happened in Bushenyi district were past curfew times.
